In the month of January 2023, we were happy to have with us, Chef Amit Sinha, from Australia. He brought us up to date with the latest trends in the industry and assisted us to develop new exciting recipes and products. From the modified range of our current collection - The Truffon, Berry Mousse cheesecake, Nutty Chocolate, Lemon Tart, Chocolate tart to a new range consisting of Banoffee, Black Forest, Litchi Mousse and to many more delicacies which will be shared with our customers over the next several weeks and months.

In 2022, L’Opéra was also fortunate to win the title of “Best Bakery” in all four of the most prestigious awards of the industry. Starting from the Economic Times Restaurants & Nightlife award to The Big F Awards to the Times Food & Nightlife Awards and finally the Restaurant Awards. Once again, we would like to thank our patrons for their immense support.

In the month of December 2022, we had the visit of Chef Matt of France. He helped us to revisit our entire bread collection in terms of taste, texture, presentation and conservation. He also shared new recipes ranging from different types of Brioche to new Baguettes and other French speciality breads.

L’Opéra ended the year 2022 on a delightful note, as it launched the latest addition to its collection of French Cafés and Pâtisseries in the city. Located right in the hustle of Delhi, at the hub of culture, this newest outlet is present at Bikaner House with a most stunning view.
Overseeing the lush green gardens and the French vibe which L’Opéra has always been known to spread, this Café is the perfect spot for a cosy afternoon tea, or an evening get together with loved ones. Staying true to its name, The Art Café is designed with distinctive French aesthetics and beauty. On its walls are the beautiful original works of art which instantly draw on to the café. Accompanied by a lavish menu consisting of Soups, French classics such as Croque Monsieur and Croque Madame, Salads, Quiches, Crêpes, savoury meals like Risotto, Pasta, and Pizza along with L’Opéra’s exclusive menu of drinks and desserts, this place is definitely a must visit for all.
